Processing Times

• Treats: 1–2 working days to bake and decorate before dispatch.

• Cakes: 2–3 working days to bake and decorate before dispatch.

Processing times do not include delivery times. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

At checkout, you can choose from the following Royal Mail services:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated delivery in 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated next working day delivery after dispatch.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

• Please order in advance if you need your treats or cakes for a specific date/event.

• Coloubes Homemade Horse Treats cannot be held responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched.
